Single Point Trapeze

Friday, January 16th; 7-8:30pm

• Sometimes called the “Dance Trapeze,” the single point trapeze is rigged to a single point with the ability to spin, which lends itself to very interesting visuals. This class will teach hangs, wraps and poses in a choreography on the single point trapeze. 

• Prereqs: Passed GREEN Intro to Aerial

Clown Comedy

• Hone your comedic skills and experience the joy of playful expression in this high-energy clowning workshop designed for all levels. Participants will explore character, physical comedy, and improvisation through guided games and creative exercises. Leave with greater confidence, spontaneity, and a deeper connection to your own unique sense of humor.

Creating Choreography

Friday, March 13th; 6-7:30pm

• Cost: 60

• Whether you're creating your first routine or refining your creative process, this workshop provides hands-on practice, constructive feedback, and creative prompts to help you craft choreography with confidence and clarity. Through guided exercises participants will discover tools for selecting skills, refining transitions, selecting music, finding a costume and shaping a cohesive performance piece.

Straight Arm Inversion

Fri, March 13th; 7:30-9pm

• Instructor: Vanessa Waggoner

• Cost: $60

• For those hoping to attain or refine their straight arm inversion. This workshop will work exercises to build strength and mobility as well as refine the technique and control needed to execute this difficult and sometimes elusive skill. 

• Prereqs: Bent arm inversion from hanging in the air on trapeze, lyra or silks

• Ages: 13 & Up

German Wheel - Mixed Levels

Friday February 20th, 2026, 7pm-9pm

• Instructor: Carly Schuna

• Ages 11 and Up

• Cost: $85 ($150 for both Saturday and Sunday workshops) 

• In this workshop, beginning students will get a thorough introduction to this unique apparatus and students with some previous experience will explore more challenging variations on beginner skills. We'll cover rock, roll with a partner, cartwheels, basic flips, and some spiral. Come ready to work hard and have tons of fun! All heights welcome. 

• Those under 5' and over 6' may not be able to do every move, but modifications will be provided.

German Wheel- Advanced Beginner 

Saturday, February 21st, 2026, 10:00am-12:00pm

• Instructor: Carly Schuna

• Ages 11 and Up

• Cost: $85 ($150 for both Saturday and Sunday workshops) 

• Guest Instructor: Carly Schuna.

• Students with some previous experience will explore more challenging variations on beginner skills. 

• Those under 5' and over 6' may not be able to do every move, but modifications will be provided.

• Pre-requisite: Student has taken at least 1 previous German Wheel workshop

Sport Acrobatic Partnering 

Saturday, March 7; 9:30-11am

• Guest Instructor Caylei Caldwell

• Cost: $40

• Led by Caylei Caldwell, Silver Medalist at The World Games in Acrobatic Gymnastics.

• Sport acrobatics uses strength and agility to create amazing poses with human bodies. Learn to safely share and support each other’s weight in some foundational acro partnering skills. Partner encouraged, but not required.
