Single Point Trapeze

Sometimes called the “Dance Trapeze,” the single point trapeze is rigged to a single point with the ability to spin, which lends itself to very interesting visuals. This class will teach hangs, wraps and poses in a choreography on the single point trapeze.

Creating Choreography

Whether you're creating your first routine or refining your creative process, this workshop provides hands-on practice, constructive feedback, and creative prompts to help you craft choreography with confidence and clarity. Through guided exercises participants will discover tools for selecting skills, refining transitions, selecting music, finding a costume and shaping a cohesive performance piece.

Straight Arm Inversion

For those hoping to attain or refine their straight arm inversion. This workshop will work exercises to build strength and mobility as well as refine the technique and control needed to execute this difficult and sometimes elusive skill.

Prereqs: Bent arm inversion from hanging in the air on trapeze, lyra or silks

German Wheel - Mixed Levels
Friday February 20th, 2026, 7pm-9pm

Cost: $85 ($150 for both Saturday and Sunday workshops)

In this workshop, beginning students will get a thorough introduction to this unique apparatus and students with some previous experience will explore more challenging variations on beginner skills. We'll cover rock, roll with a partner, cartwheels, basic flips, and some spiral. Come ready to work hard and have tons of fun! All heights welcome.

German Wheel- Advanced Beginner

Sport acrobatics uses strength and agility to create amazing poses with human bodies. Learn to safely share and support each other’s weight in some foundational acro partnering skills. Partner encouraged, but not required.

Try Trapeze & Silks
Saturday, Feb 7th; 1:30pm-2:30pm

Registration is FREE but required by Wednesday, Feb 5th. This is a chance to try something fun and different. We will do some fun poses and skills on the aerial silks and the static trapeze. Skills will be beginner level and low to the ground.

Prereqs: No experience required. Must be new to Kinetic Tapestry aerial classes.

Ever wanted to experience that thrill of dangling from the ceiling? Now you can try it out! This is a great opportunity to grab a friend and try out one of these fun and challenging circus apparatus.
All skills will be spotted and low to the ground.
No experience required.
